How it's calculated
docs/funcional/13 →For each product in the canonical basket we search in this order of preference: real retail price from chains via scraping → EC AgriData retail → anchoring via Eurostat's HICP index (CP01141/CP01142) taking a European country as reference → producer × national markup → wholesaler × markup. Each cell stores its source chain and confidence.
High quality means ≥ 80% of products with a directly observed price; medium, 50-80%; low, 30-50%. Below 30% it doesn't enter the ranking.
Reference household: 2 adults + 1.4 children = 2.4 OCDE-modified units. Basket: 15 vegetables + 7 fruits, 18,90 kg/person/month. Full documentation in docs/funcional/13.
