This isn't a legal checklist to impress you. They're six operational commitments — each one you can ask for and check.
Signed record
Every important move (price accepted, contract signed, export) is kept with a recognized electronic signature. Nobody can touch it afterward without it showing.
Exportable copy
At any time you can download everything that's yours in a single package: plots, contracts, messages with Casti, settlements. No notice and no need to ask permission.
We don't sell your data
Period. We don't hand it to agrochemical firms, to funds, or to price comparison sites. Farm data belongs to the farm — it's written into the contract, non-negotiable.
Encrypted in transit
Everything that travels between your phone and our servers is encrypted. The guy next to you on the bar's Wifi can't read your delivery note no matter how hard he looks.
GDPR compliant
We have an accessible data protection officer. I treat requests as people, not as tickets: if you ask to see, correct or delete, we answer you.
Right to be forgotten
If you leave, you take your copy and we delete what's yours from the system within reasonable timeframes. No retention hidden in fine-print clauses.
Farm data is yours. Period.
Talk to the person who decides.
If you want to see what's yours, correct it, download it, delete it or simply understand how we keep it: write to our data protection officer. A person answers you, in plain language and within a set time.
